This case study talks through the process of creating a social first news product from start to finish from the design team's perspective, my involvement in this product consisted to be the main product design leading the curiously project. I was involved in every single part of the process, was the point of contact and communication between all teams and stakeholders and was actively working in the product continuously.
As the product designer I made sure we followed the appropriate processes as it was our first chance to create a product from 0 making sure Research and UX lead the way in the creation of this. The product being a social first news outlet for young people, and our audiences all being almost over 35 years old, there was a lot of worries from stakeholders on how we might make the right decisions for our target audience. This is why we mapped out a plan that obviously could be iterated catering to our findings, but set the ground on how we were going to make sure as a design team that the right product was going to be developed.
